Vending Guidelines at King Fandom
Booth fees
Thursday Marketplace: $90
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Marketplace: $35
Setup and closing
Setup begins TWO HOURS before the event.
Setup must be complete at least 10 minutes before the event begins. Setup cannot begin after opening.
Saturday and Sunday vendors may set up during store hours when arranged with the team.
Please be packed and ready to leave within 30 minutes after the store closes.
Booths and conduct
Booth placement is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
Keep your area clean and remove all trash before leaving.
Booths may not be shared unless King Fandom approves the arrangement in advance.
For concerns involving a vendor or customer, please speak with Alec, the Store Manager, first.
Parking
Please park behind the store when space is available. Street parking may be used when the rear lot is full. Do not park in the alley or in neighboring businesses’ spaces while they are open, as unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
